Prices are steady. The undertone is steady. Asking prices for next week's
deliveries are trending lower on large sizes and Medium. Offerings are
more than moderate. Retail and food service demand is light to moderate.
Supplies are moderate to heavy for trade requirements. Breaking stock
offerings in the Eastern region are light to moderate for the light demand.
Spent hen offerings are adequate; processing schedules are full-time.
PRICES TO RETAILERS, SALES TO VOLUME BUYERS, USDA GRADE A AND GRADE A,
WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
